Health deterioration of young people has become an important social problem for modern society. For almost two years, the whole world been living in conditions a pandemic. And last six months, Ukraine also war. This negative impact on health Ukrainian nation, particular student youth, as future generation Ukraine. That’s why, main task specialist physical education and sports sphere is popularization self-tuition to increase activity level student-age population one priorities healthy lifestyle formation. The purpose research create pedagogical organization culture form conscious attitude students towards their own health. was conducted basis Zaporizhzhya Polytechnic University organized process mixed online learning forms. study engaged 319 male aged 17-18, who were divided into groups: control - CG (n = 157) experimental EG 162).
